Hi, I’m Ellie — personal trainer, online wellness coach, founder of Squats & Tots, and creator of The Lifestyle Method.

I'm also a busy woman, a mum, and someone who understands exactly what it feels like to lose yourself a little and want to find your way back to feeling strong, healthy, and confident.

10 years ago, my lifestyle looked completely different.


I was stuck in a cycle of unhealthy habits, feeling tired, unhappy, and not really knowing where to start.


Reaching out for help changed my life — and it sparked a passion I couldn't ignore.


I trained as a personal trainer, fell in love with learning about the body and movement, and slowly began building something I wished I'd had myself: a supportive, real-world approach to women’s fitness and wellbeing.

When I became a mum myself, I realised how overlooked women often are when it comes to fitness — especially through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.


That’s why I created Squats & Tots, and why I've continued to grow what I offer to meet women at every stage of life.
