The original! Safe, supportive fitness for mums and little ones in Yeovil.

Squats & Tots is the fun, friendly class I wish had existed when I had my first baby. It's about exercising safely, meeting other mums, moving at your own pace, and remembering you matter too.
Suitable from pregnancy through to postnatal recovery (and beyond — some mums stay for years!), this class is all about fitness, fresh air, and community.
